Landowners interested in placing a conservation easement on their land with CTF should complete our landowner questionnaire as a first step in the process. This questionnaire will also help you determine how you want your land to be used in the future.
The decision about what to do with one's farmland is an important one to make. Many farmers and farmland owners are faced with the challenge of providing for their retirement and their heirs, while insuring that their land is kept both in the family and in farm production.
Why Florida FarmFinder, a farm succession program?
Florida has a rich agricultural tradition. An ideal climate makes Florida the leader in many crops. However, Florida's agricultural legacy could be at risk as farmlands change ownership and many families no longer have a next generation of farmers to continue farming the land. The Florida FarmFinder aims to retain productive farmlands by connecting farmers.
